Donald Kremer, CFP®

I founded Kremer Associates with my partner in 1996. After working together and building our firm for nine years, I became the sole owner and have been managing the firm ever since. I attended the University of Pittsburgh, where I played varsity baseball and received my Bachelor’s degree in Economics. I’ve been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) since founding my firm, and now have more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry under my belt.

While I’m proud of the knowledge I’ve acquired over my years in the industry, nothing matters more to be in this work than the trust of my clients. The people I work with know that I care about them and their goals, and knowing how much they count on me keeps me motivated every day I step into the office. 

Growing up in a household with a modest income, I was always driven to build a more financially secure future for myself. Now, I get to help other people do the same thing. I now live in a beautiful suburb of Pittsburgh with my wife, Sandy. Our eldest son, Jack, works in banking. Our younger son, Joe, resides with Sandy and me. I am an avid golfer and have even taken several trips to Scotland to play. I’m a strong believer in giving back to others, and our firm has supported Spark of Hope for over a decade.  In addition, I have served on the WPGA Scholarship Committee, McCandless Rotary, and other charitable organizations.
