I came into the financial industry in a bit of an unusual way: my husband recommended it. My husband works in banking and realized just how much of the financial world was rooted in working with people and building long-lasting relationships. Knowing how much I love to work directly with clients, he suggested that I consider making the switch to the financial industry. While it’s only been about a year since I took that advice, it’s a move that I’ve never regretted making!
As the Client Services Associate, I get to handle daily client communications and managing our client data base. My job is all about working with people, and I love meeting our clients and hearing about their stories and backgrounds. I’m friendly, outgoing, and always strive to give our clients personalized service.
I’m from Buffalo, New York, but now live in Pittsburgh with my husband, Jacob. We still visit Buffalo regularly to see our family and friends there. We love to travel—no surprise, as a former airline worker!—and I always make sure to take lots of pictures and videos of our adventures. I also enjoy creative hobbies, like writing, and have recently discovered a love for design as we work on renovating our home.
